All pictures remain the property of Priscilla Kirkes Photography for use of advertising and other purposes.

Online client galleries will expire 30 days from delivery. Please download and store your images in a safe place. Saving on multiple devices and/or on external hard drives is encouraged. Priscilla Kirkes Photography is not responsible for galleries that have not been downloaded by client. After 30 days galleries are archived and are not guaranteed to be restored. If available and requesting a gallery to be uploaded again to an online client gallery there will be a $50 upload fee or $75 for a flash drive. Deposits are non-refundable if client chooses to cancel scheduled session. Wedding deposits are no-refundable if client were to cancel. Rescheduling a wedding is a possibility upon approved availability of the photographer.
